Grand Re-opening of our Waterville location
on Monday, January 23rd 7am-10pm!
Chowders 'N Moor has two locations: 312 South Street in Waterville, Ohio and 7723 Airport Highway in Holland, Ohio. Tina and Tom Kuron are the owners of the Chowders 'N Moor restaurants.
Tina opened her first restaurant in July 2002. The original location was a quaint, nine table restaurant in Waterville. She always loved the building and watched this location for years hoping to someday open her dream restaurant there.
Tina loves to cook and has created all of the recipes including the famous White Chicken Chili. Everything is made from scratch and Tina loves to take a recipe, experiment with it, and make it her own. She makes her own deli sauce for many of the delicious sandwiches.
Tina's husband, Tom Kuron, started working full-time at the restaurant in 2005 when the response from the Waterville area was too much for Tina to handle. The homemade soups, sandwiches and salads have made this little sandwich shop a Waterville icon.
In January 2007, Tina and Tom moved Chowders 'N Moor to 312 South Street. Still nestled in downtown Waterville, Chowders continues to make you feel like you're on vacation. Between the teal walls with the nautical decorations and the tropical music you may think you are still in the original location of Chowders 'N Moor. Family and friends worked around the clock to help open the new restaurant. Many of the wall hangings are antiques that have special meaning to Tina and Tom, while others are donated souvenirs from devoted patrons. The new restaurant offers everything you always loved about Chowders 'N Moor but also includes a full bar, large flat screened TV, and a much larger seating area. Chowders 'N Moor in Waterville is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served until 2pm. Hours of operation are from 7am to 10pm Monday thru Saturday, 8am to 9pm on Sunday.
In June 2008, Tina and Tom decided to open another location on Airport Highway in Holland, Ohio. This restaurant offers more seating and is able to accommodate larger parties. This location still has the same ambience and décor as the Waterville Chowders ‘N Moor. Enjoy our large outdoor patio through the summer months rain or shine. The original crafted “tiki” bar designed and created by Tom really makes you feel like you are on vacation. The Red Zone broadcast can be viewed in the restaurant through the football season. Chowders ‘N Moor on Airport Highway is open for lunch and dinner and we offer the same full delicious menu. Hours of operation are from 11am to 10pm Monday thru Saturday and 11am to 9pm on Sunday.
At both locations we offer everything from homemade soups, over 30 different Panini grilled sandwiches, fresh salads, burgers, steaks, grilled chicken, seafood, and a children’s menu at a reasonable price. Make sure to check out our Daily Specials and $2.00 margaritas (regular only) everyday.
We now have Wi-Fi at our Holland location.
Tina and Tom appreciate the support of all of their customers!

Best Addictive Menu Item: White Chicken Chili at Chowders N'Moor
To call this dish addictive is an understatement. Boasting a think broth with chunks of chicken and cheese — it's impossible to order only a cup. Garnished with cheese and salsa, Chowders N' Moor white chicken chili is served with tortilla chips for dipping. With just enough spice, this chili is the ultimate dish no matter the season. For locations visit www.chowdersnmoor.com.
Runner up: Memphis Egg Rolls at Shorty’s BBQ
Best Signature Cocktail: Filthy Dirty Martini - Basin St. Grille
The Filthy Dirty Martini at Basin St. Grille certainly lives up to its title as T-Town's Best Signature Cocktail. The slightly spicy and briny concoction is infused with pickle juice, garlic, jalapeños, horseradish juice and other secret ingredients to make this classic cocktail shake the taste buds. It took Basin St.'s Matt Palmer two years to perfect the recipe. Choose your favorite brand of vodka, and this savory martini becomes your new drinking companion. 5201 Monroe St. 419-843-5660.
Runner Up: Margarita at Chowder's N'Moor

Chowders ‘N Moor
AN OCEAN OF TASTE
COOKING WITH LOVE is a concept well understood by Tom and Tina Kuron, owners of Chowders ‘N Moor. What was a dream for Tina became a reality in July of 2002 with a nine-table restaurant in Waterville. Armed with a passion for experimentation with recipes and service, Chowders ‘N Moor has blossomed into a restaurant with two locations, serving grilled sandwiches, burgers, seafood and, of course, Tina’s famous white chicken chili.
In 2008, Tom and Tina opened a second location on Airport Highway to accommodate larger parties. Both restaurants boast a nautical theme – walls garnished with maps and trinkets from the Florida Keys helping patrons “get away” from everyday living.
Sadly, Chowders’ South Street location in Waterville suffered damages due to an electrical fire in June, but Tom promises a reopening in September. However, Chowders ‘N Moor is alive and well at
7723 Airport Hwy. 419-491-0098. www.chowdersnmoor.com.
